Support for those shaped by adoption and early separation

Adoptee-to-Adoptee work.

Exploring identity, patterns, and emotional impact

Because adoption changes how life is felt.

We come from different beginnings.
Different countries, families, truths.

Some of us were told everything.
Others found out late.
Some felt chosen.
Others felt erased.

Our stories may differ, but many of us carry the same ache.

A restlessness.
A sense of bracing.
A question that keeps returning:

Why doesn’t this feel settled, even when things are “fine”?

Adoption begins with loss. And that loss lives in the body.

I’m Sarah

I’m an adoptee, and much of my work is with other adult adoptees.

This space exists for people who learned early to adapt, cope, and carry on, while something underneath stayed unsettled or hard to name.

You don’t need to explain your story here.
You don’t need to justify why something still hurts.

We move slowly, with attention to what feels safe and manageable.

Nothing is forced. You choose the pace.

“I felt seen, and my struggles were recognised and validated.
I didn’t feel judged or rushed, and I felt able to speak honestly about things I’d never put into words before.”
